Position: Senior Pastor for Multicultural Community
Lead Trinity Baptist Church in Vancouver, BC as the Senior Pastor, shepherding a vibrant multicultural congregation. Be the guiding voice for individuals passionate about faith and community growth.

At Trinity Baptist Church, we seek a compassionate leader rooted in God's Word and experienced in diverse settings. Applicants must hold a post-graduate degree from an accredited theological school and be eligible for accreditation with CBWC. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. This role requires fostering spiritual gifts among church members and gracefully navigating conflicts for community harmony.

• Shepherd a diverse congregation with love and understanding

• Mentor while developing spiritual gifts within the community

• Maintain a balance of work, rest, and self-care

• Respect traditional worship while embracing new forms

• Provide spiritual mentorship to the Board and community

Requirements:

• Post-graduate degree from an accredited seminary

• Eligibility for Canadian Baptists of Western Canada accreditation

• Excellent command of English

• Mandarin speaking ability considered an asset

• Strong prayer life and conflict management skills
