Position: Director of Women's Ministry at Willingdon Church

Your role will also involve evaluating biblical studies curriculum and encouraging significant community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Women’s Ministry to fulfill its mission

• Provide pastoral care and support for women

• Mentor and recruit volunteers effectively

• Facilitate small group relationships and mentoring programs

• Develop and assess women's studies curriculum

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in theological education or similar

• Must align with Willingdon Church’s theology

• 5 years of leadership experience in ministry

• Proven ability to lead and engage volunteers

• Strategic thinking and planning experience
