Take on a vital role as an Events Coordinator at Malachite Management Inc. Focused on supporting non-profit associations, you will manage communications, marketing, and event execution tasks.
As the Association Events Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Association Executive and help ensure smooth operations within the client team. Your work will involve organizing marketing campaigns and administrative support, including contact with members and committees. Strong communication and organizational abilities will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in administrative tasks for the Association Executive
• Serve as a contact point for sponsors and members
• Organize and manage communications and marketing content
• Implement marketing campaigns on social media platforms
• Support both virtual and in-person events and activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience
• 1-3 years in administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Canva and social media tools
• Effective organizational skills and proactive approach
