Lead the fight against homelessness in Burnaby, BC as Senior Manager at BC Housing. Drive impactful programs and foster partnerships to support vulnerable populations throughout the province.
As a Senior Manager at BC Housing, you will oversee the implementation of the Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) and Shelter program. Your leadership will guide regional teams in addressing homelessness and coordinating with rights holders to enhance community outreach and shelter initiatives. This role aims to create actionable strategies and improve housing solutions for individuals facing chronic homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CAA and Shelter program implementation province-wide
• Collaborate with regional teams and community rights holders
• Develop strategies to fill service gaps in homelessness programs
• Administer budgets for outreach and shelter initiatives
• Contribute to provincial training and program planning efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Extensive leadership experience in housing programs
• Strong understanding of vulnerable populations' needs
• Consultative and conflict-resolution skills
• Tier I Criminal Record Check required
