The Community Development Coordinator position at Metro Vancouver is a full-time role focused on enhancing community engagement and participation in tenant programs. You will facilitate the growth of community associations and partnerships, develop impactful initiatives, and support the diverse needs within housing communities across Metro Vancouver. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement programs

• Build relationships with diverse community groups

• Coordinate educational material and workshops

• Prepare and maintain reports related to community activities

• Facilitate group decision-making initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of social and recreational community needs

• Proven group organizing and facilitation skills

• Driver's License for British Columbia

• Successful completion of a Criminal Records Check
