Direct Response Manager

Position: Direct Response Manager at Simon Fraser University
Shape the future of fundraising at Simon Fraser University as the Direct Response Manager. Engage with alumni and donors through effective multi-channel campaigns.

As the Direct Response Manager (DRM-AG), you will develop and implement annual fundraising programs essential to SFU's community engagement. This hybrid position calls for strong project management and expertise in multi-channel direct response strategies. You will cultivate relationships with donors while executing effective online and offline campaigns to maximize donor impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement successful direct response initiatives

• Develop content for direct mail, email, and social media

• Enhance alumni engagement through innovative campaigns

• Manage donor relations and stewardship activities

• Analyze and report on fundraising data and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration

• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or related fields

• Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Blackbaud

• Proficient in various digital marketing strategies

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
