Position: Cook for Kardium's High-Volume Kitchen
Kardium Inc. is seeking a Cook to enhance our corporate cafeteria operations. Work in a dynamic environment preparing large-scale meals for staff in Burnaby, BC.

This role requires a skilled Cook with over four years of experience in bulk food production. You will ensure the efficient and safe preparation of meals while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining quality control. Your contribution will be essential in delivering nutritious meals to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items for high-volume service

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures strictly

• Maintain quality of food and portioning across dishes

• Assist with service during busy periods in the cafeteria

• Manage inventory and minimize food waste effectively

Requirements:

• 4+ years of high-volume cooking experience required

• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards

• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs regularly

• Food Safe Level I or similar certification preferred

• Experience with bulk cooking equipment recommended
