Itilia Kitchen & Bar in New Westminster is searching for a dedicated bartender to enhance guest experiences.

Your role will encompass crafting drinks and providing exceptional service in a lively environment.

As a bartender, you will create a wide variety of beverages while ensuring the bar area remains well-stocked and clean. Strong multitasking and customer service skills will be essential as you interact with guests and collaborate with team members. We require prior bartending experience and a knowledge of cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve beverages swiftly and accurately

• Provide friendly bar service to all patrons

• Maintain cleanliness and order at the bar

• Restock bar supplies as necessary

• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and check IDs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience preferred

• Strong communication and service skills

• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and equipment

• Capability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Serving It Right certification required
