Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook both complete meals and a la carte dishes
• Plan restaurant menus and estimate food needs
• Mentor staff in food preparation and cooking processes
• Keep accurate food inventory and supply records
• Clean and organize kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Completion of secondary school education
• 2 to 3 years of prior cooking experience
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
