Become a vital part of Tim Hortons, focusing on guest satisfaction as a Baker Team Member. Deliver delicious baked goods and welcoming service to enhance guest experiences.
Tim Hortons is seeking full-time and part-time bakers who enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for following recipes, ensuring food safety, and greeting customers with warmth.
Your role includes both baking duties and maintaining a clean, organized environment to keep guests happy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly to start their day right
• Prepare bakery items following Tim Hortons standards
• Communicate problems to management and team members
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes
Requirements:
• Must work weekends starting at 7AM
• Strong passion for guest service
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg / 45 lbs
• Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to food safety standards
