What You Will Accomplish with UsAs a Sales Associate – Insurance, you will be at the center of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Promote iA insurance products and our industry-leading ease-of-business processes to independent financial advisors.
- Educate advisors on life insurance products, sales concepts, illustration software, and required documentation.
- Solicit new business and build strong relationships with financial advisors.
- Collaborate with your Sales Director to create and deliver presentations (both in-person and virtual).
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend conferences, roadshows, and organized events (occasionally evenings or weekends).
We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their ability to teach, coach, and motivate
. - Stands out for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
. - Demonstrates excellent organization and time management
. - Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
. - Has at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or brokerage environment
. - A university degree or college diploma is an asset, as are CLU, CFP, CHS designations.
