As a
Service Advisor
,you’rea self-starter specializing in BCAA Auto Insurance focusing on new business acquisition. Asa Auto Specialist you are dedicated to delivering amazing sales, service, and support experiences to BCAA Members through any channel they prefer.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills through face-to-face and digital channels.
You’rean analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.
Whatyou’lldo:
Support the growth of BCAA’s Auto Insurance business by selling and upgrading BCAA products and services.
Consistently deliver exceptional Member experiences.
Support all aspects of the home customer lifecycle.
Create and follow up on business leads and upcoming renewals.
Collaborate with BCAA and other supplier’s Underwriters.
What you bring :
Completion of grade 12
Level 1 Insurance license
Completion of Autoplan Essentials
Minimum3months of general insurance sales and service experience including auto insurance.
Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
Limited history of Errors and Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC.
Bonus skills:
CAIB certification, knowledge of ICBC systems, and ability to speak other languages aside from English.
The salary range for this position is $42,516.72 to $53,145.96 and isdeterminedvia job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, marketdemandand internal equity. In addition to basesalary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
