Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through proactive cold calling strategies
• Cultivate and maintain diverse client relationships
• Sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and additional policies
• Work alongside a knowledgeable support team
• Exceed sales targets for both new and renewal business
Requirements:
• Prior outbound sales experience required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• AIC or RIBO license is advantageous
• Focus on external outreach and relationship development
