Millions of Canadians make consistent monthly rent payments and have the cash flow to afford a home, yet cannot qualify for a traditional mortgage.
They may be newcomers, self-employed individuals, families rebuilding credit, or Canadians who simply need more time to qualify.
Requity Homes provides an innovative path to home ownership through our rent-to-own model, helping families move from renting to owning with confidence.
We believe home ownership is about more than property — it's about stability, community, and building long-term wealth.
