Sales Growth Manager - Industrial Accounts

This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, requiring you to prospect and onboard new accounts efficiently. With a minimum of 2-3 years in industrial sales, your capability to negotiate effectively and maintain strong customer relationships will ensure your success. Your ability to think strategically will be key in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize to increase sales in the industrial base
• Onboard and prospect new client accounts
• Maintain and build relationships with key vendors
• Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Coach peers to achieve collective goals
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of industrial sales experience
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel internationally (particularly USA)
• Relationship-building proficiency
