As a temporary Account Manager, you will contribute to Pacific Blue Cross’s dedication to providing essential benefits. This position allows you to leverage your knowledge in group insurance to navigate renewals and build client relations. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee renewal negotiations for client accounts
• Assist in acquiring new business through plan advisors
• Liaise with benefit plan decision-makers
• Present proposals and manage communication effectively
• Enhance relationships within the benefit community
Requirements:
• 3 years experience in group insurance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Active Life Agent license compliance required
