In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive P&L performance of a diverse territory, managing 30-40 dealer accounts. Achieving key performance targets requires strong skills in sales execution, relationship management, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Your efforts will significantly enhance dealer performance and support long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial results aligned with the business plan
• Drive volume growth and profitability targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct site visits and performance reviews
• Maintain compliance with HSSE and brand standards
Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years in territory management or similar role
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Proven track record in sales and account management
