Commercial Refrigeration Sales Specialist

In this role, you will engage with mechanical contractors and customers to understand their challenges and offer effective solutions. With a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in wholesale refrigeration, leverage your technical acumen and relationship-building skills to foster new business opportunities while supporting existing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on product solutions based on client needs
• Evaluate plans and specifications for project support
• Cross-reference and prepare detailed quotations
• Collaborate with internal teams for optimal service delivery
• Maintain strong follow-up communications with clients
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Refrigeration or a related field
• Experience with brands like Tecumseh and Refplus
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with ERP
• High commitment to customer service
• Strong problem-solving and sales abilities
