- Base hourly wage $18.50/hr plus profit share, tips, and performance‑based incentives (expected compensation up to $25‑$30/hr all in)

From Route Sales to Operator

What Is an Operator?- Overseeing multiple trucks and routes
- Coaching and developing sales and service team members
- Managing daily performance, revenue, and customer experience metrics
- Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Acting as a leader on the floor and supporting the growth of the business
- Learn how to confidently present pricing and build value on‑site
- Develop objection‑handling and closing skills
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills
- Start each day at our Burnaby location and complete assigned routes
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
- Assess jobs and provide clear, on‑the‑spot price estimates
- Lead pricing conversations and close sales
- Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses
- Load trucks efficiently and responsibly
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- 19 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance‑based pay
- Performance‑based compensation with no earning cap
