Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly production targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in commercial insurance brokerage
• At least 3 years of talent management experience
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Industry designation preferred (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)
• Level 2 general insurance license
