In this role, you will develop new client relationships and deepen existing ones by understanding their environment and business goals. Your ability to convey Ricoh's offerings through compelling storytelling will enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proven sales background in IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships through effective prospecting and cold calling
• Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
• Deliver impactful presentations and workshops
• Execute strategic business development plans independently
• Leverage CRM and business tools to track customer engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Preferred experience in SaaS, PaaS, and digitization
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel about 20%
