At Pro Tool, we’re seeking a dedicated Inside Sales professional with a background in the industrial tool industry. Your experience in customer service and sales will help you engage with clients effectively, providing them with timely quotes and support. As part of our growing team, you will collaborate with sales staff in our new facility to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to B2B customers
• Address walk-in and remote inquiries efficiently
• Prepare timely client quotes and repair estimates
• Enter sales orders and rental requests accurately
• Work closely with team members for high satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of industrial tools preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Quick Books
