Senior Sales Representative - Human Resources Outsourcing, Major Accounts
Are you a fearless, trusted advisor with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves building relationships?
We’re looking for a mid‑market sales professional to drive new and existing business for ADP’s cloud‑based HR & payroll solutions to corporate clients within a defined territory.
Responsibilities- Drive sales within a protected geographic territory to close deals, win business, and meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key client stakeholders.
- Develop annual business plans and set activity goals to reach quota.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants to analyze client business processes and create business cases.
- Deliver solution proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales.
- Support implementation and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely conversions.
- Provide field sales training and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Use Salesforce and other sales tools to manage activities and reporting.
- Participate in monthly field and blitz events and leadership meetings.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- High school diploma.
- At least five years of strategic B2B sales experience, including two+ years selling to C‑level executives.
- Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop activity plans, manage territory, and exceed sales objectives.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of ADP competitors and industry trends is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with C‑level executives.
- Self‑motivated with effective time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Five or more years of B2B executive‑level sales experience.
- Base salary ranging from $70,600 to $120,400 per year, plus variable compensation.
