Pacific Blue Cross is seeking dedicated individuals to enhance its Individual Plans team. This role focuses on driving sales through outbound calls, managing customer interactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your contributions will directly affect the well-being of British Columbians with health, dental, and life insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outbound sales for new and existing clients
• Develop and manage client retention strategies
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues
• Conduct follow-up calls for sales conversions
• Log and track sales activities and leads
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2 years of experience in sales management
• Current LLQP Life Insurance License in BC
• Strong communication skills with a results-driven approach
• Hybrid work capability from home and office
