As a Sales Associate, you will be integral to the Orange theory team, focusing on membership sales while fostering a welcoming environment. This role emphasizes strong communication as you provide studio tours and guide new members in their fitness journey. You will also manage inquiries and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our studio space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically welcome guests entering the studio

• Educate potential members on the OTF fitness approach

• Conduct informative tours for prospective members

• Collaborate with trainers during initial workouts

• Handle member requests and follow up on leads
Requirements:

• Demonstrated passion for fitness and coaching

• Proficient communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Strong ability to engage with diverse community members

• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous

• Commitment to maintaining studio tidiness and organization
