In this role, you will support Managers and Sales Associates as a pivotal Sales Lead. We are seeking a results-oriented seller with at least two years of high-performance sales experience. Your communication skills, brand knowledge, and ability to build lasting connections will help you drive loyalty and satisfaction among our customers.

• Exceed individual and store sales goals

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a high-performance sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
