Your contribution:
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Department.
Playing an active role in each customer interaction and assisting Advisors in all aspects of the sale process, most importantly securing sale transactions.
Structuring new + used vehicle transactions according to dealer + manufacturer guidelines.
Working with sales associates and leading the team towards targets, including measuring performance, and evaluating trades.
Leading regular team meetings.
Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Developing and executing the selling cycle.
Developing processes that align with sales goals and involve various departments.
Training & coaching new and tenured Advisors on product knowledge, sales process, team objectives, etc.
Daily check-in and check-out to ensure daily metrics are met.

Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience, with a valid VSA License.
Additional language skills considered a strong asset:
Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Hindi, Farsi.

Experience with various automotive platforms. e.g., Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One‑Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, Auto Trader 1source, Rapid Recon.
A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.
