BCAA is seeking three enthusiastic part-time Service Advisors for our Member Contact Centre. This position is perfect for individuals who are committed to enhancing customer experiences while effectively recommending insurance services. With strong organizational skills, you will assist members with various inquiries and create a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote insurance products tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with teams for accurate coverage recommendations
• Identify and suggest cost-saving insurance solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets
• Expand expertise through ongoing training and development
Requirements:
• At least two years in a sales-focused environment
• Commitment to obtain a Level 1 Insurance license
• Willingness to complete Autoplan Essentials training
• Good standing with the Insurance Council of BC
• Comfortable with MS Office tools
