This role emphasizes full-cycle sales for the Human Capital Management sector, targeting clients with 50-150 employees. You are tasked with achieving ambitious revenue goals while crafting strategic account plans to identify opportunities and effectively compete in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the sales cycle from demand generation to closure
• Achieve or exceed 100% of revenue and product goals
• Execute annual territory and business plans
• Analyze competitive landscape and positioning strategies
• Foster relationships within internal teams for deal closings
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a hunter or new-business sales role
• Strong discovery skills and persuasive selling capabilities
• Familiarity with HCM and SaaS environments
• Proficiency in CRM tools for sales forecasting
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license needed
