Compensation for this role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching and closing new customers within the freight brokerage space. You’ll target high‑volume, strategic accounts and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to managing the book of business and securing the deal. This is a high‑impact, hunter‑focused role centered on driving new business.

• Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities
• Cold call, network and prospect to build a strong pipeline
• Create tailored freight solutions for high‑volume shippers
• Negotiate rates, close deals and oversee customer onboarding
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing and capacity
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth transition and service delivery

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of freight brokerage customer sales experience

• 5 years of sales experience in Transportation or Third‑Party Logistics (3PL)
• A proven track record in outbound, hunter‑style sales
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• A high‑energy, goal‑driven mindset with a passion for results
