In this pivotal role, you will be integral to the sales and administrative teams. Key responsibilities include managing the customer database, generating leads through cold calling, and coordinating permits and certifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for sales, dispatch, and administrative teams
• Maintain and manage the customer database effectively
• Generate leads using cold calling strategies
• Coordinate Worksafe, permits, and licenses
• Prepare HVAC/R and plumbing quotations and proposals
Requirements:
• Diploma, degree, or relevant industry experience
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Proven time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
