Are you a proven sales professional who builds relationships, opens new doors, and closes premium B2B deals?
Talent Harbour is a fast-growing, operator-led talent platform expanding across Canada through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. We're adding one high-impact sales producer to help drive our next phase of scale.
We're looking for someone who thrives on building meaningful executive relationships, creating pipeline, and winning; while operating with humility, integrity, and genuine care for clients.

This is an outbound, pipeline-building role - but you're not starting from zero. The Talent Harbour Group of companies has an established client base built over 29 years in the Canadian market, with warm customer opportunities ready to be pursued, and a strong national reputation, giving you real runway from day one while you build your own pipeline.

The Market Opportunity Right Now Is RealWorkforce restructuring and layoffs are at a multi-year high across Canada. Demand for our Career Transition and Outplacement services is surging; creating immediate, warm entry points into HR leaders and organizations who need support right now.
Combined with consistent demand for executive search and contingent recruiting, you're walking into a genuinely strong market with multiple entry points into every account.
What You'll Own- Drive net-new business across executive search, contingent recruiting, career transition/outplacement, and fractional HR
- Reactivate dormant client relationships and convert warm inbound opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting through close and account expansion
- Execute disciplined outbound daily — calls, Linked In, email, events
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in CRM
- Pitch tailored solutions to HR leaders, founders, CEOs, Operators and business owners
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
You will be measured on:
- Monthly net-new revenue
- Weekly pipeline creation
- Outbound activity consistency
- Recurring revenue contribution
- Builds relationships with purpose — and also knows how to open new doors proactively
- Is confident and credible with C-suite and HR leaders
- Is comfortable with cold calls and finding new clients
- Operates with urgency, ownership and integrity
- Wants significant earning potential tied directly to results
- Is humble, coachable and team-oriented — high performance without ego
- Is ambitious beyond quota — wants to grow into leadership over time
- Sees an established client base and a strong market as a genuine opportunity
- Those who rely solely on inbound, you need to be able to hunt and open new doors
- Those uncomfortable with clear targets, weekly scorecards and performance expectations
- Anyone who avoids proactive outreach, cold calls, or direct client conversations
- 3–7+ years B2B sales experience
- Proven track record winning new business
- Full sales cycle ownership
- Background in professional services, recruiting, staffing, consulting or SaaS preferred
- HR services sales experience a strong asset
- Base Salary: $60,000–$100,000 dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission tied to net-new revenue, profitability and recurring growth
- Accelerators for multi-service and recurring accounts
- On-Target Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+
This structure is designed for high performers who want real upside. If you hit your targets, you will earn significantly.
Location:Burnaby, In-Office to start. We believe in building culture, collaboration and accountability in person, especially early on. Once you're consistently hitting quota, there is genuine flexibility to move to a hybrid arrangement. As we scale we plan to relocate to a larger head office in the Port Moody or Coquitlam area. Candidates must be open to working in those locations as we grow.
