Elevate client success with Ricoh as a Business Development Account Manager. Focus on new business generation and understanding client needs to drive long-term relationships.
In this role, you will tap into your 5+ years of B2B sales experience to prospect and nurture customer relationships effectively. Your focus on consultative selling will enable you to uncover and address critical business challenges and align specific Ricoh offerings to their unique objectives. Collaborate closely with decision-makers to expand market share and deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls and initiate client meetings to generate leads
• Explore customer environments for enhanced sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to diverse audiences
• Facilitate complex contract negotiations with internal teams
• Implement strategic plans for business development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience mandatory
• 5+ years in the B2B sales field, with IT preferred
• Familiarity with document workflow solutions is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a financial acumen
• Proven experience in consultative selling approaches
