Drive sales growth as a Territory Manager for Shell Canada in British Columbia. Oversee dealer management and operational targets to achieve commercial success.
This is a field-based role seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead sales initiatives. You will work closely with dealers and ensure alignment with Shell Canada's P&L performance goals. Building strong relationships is crucial as you focus on achieving volume growth and enhancing profit margins.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver P&L performance aligned with business objectives
• Achieve volume growth and enhance profit margins
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
• Maintain compliance with operational and brand standards
Requirements:
• Authorization to work in Canada required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a Territory Manager or sales role
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for travel
• Proven track record in sales volume and account management
