• Organize and control Sales Department operations
• Support Advisors in the sales process
• Structure transactions based on guidelines
• Lead the sales team in achieving goals
• Facilitate team meetings regularly
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales management
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with automotive software platforms
• Valid Driver’s License from British Columbia
