Technical Account Manager - Vecima Telematics

This role requires over five years in a customer-focused sales position, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Your expertise will be critical in fostering client relationships and supporting their understanding of IoT applications. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and performance goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales quotas and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts
• Facilitate communication with clients regarding their needs
• Manage customer training and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Strong experience in business development roles
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
