As a full-time Specialist, you will assist the Sales team by providing technical expertise on Rockwell Automation products. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is vital for helping clients choose automation solutions tailored to their needs. Utilize Dynamics 365 for order tracking and ensure timely follow-ups on quotations to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales team with technical product recommendations
• Develop relationships with customers in automation
• Process orders and quotation requests through Dynamics 365
• Follow up on quotations to secure sales or feedback
• Stay informed on industry trends and automation technologies
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation
• Experience in industrial automation or electrical distribution preferred
• Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel when necessary
