Become a key player in hybrid Inside Sales & Bid Coordination in New Westminster, BC. Leverage your expertise to manage procurement initiatives and maximize bidding efficiency.
In this dynamic role, you will spearhead our internal processes for bidding and sales management. The ideal candidate will utilize platforms such as BC Bid and Euna (Bonfire) to ensure seamless procurement operations. You will handle everything from automated alerts to relationship building with B2B clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage public and private procurement portal profiles
• Review project specifications for product alignment
• Submit accurate quotes across digital workflows
• Use AI for efficient proposal processing
• Maintain CRM and convert quotes into Sales Orders
Requirements:
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and digital bidding tools
• Minimum 2 years in bidding or procurement
• High digital literacy and ERP navigation skills
• Strong analytical skills for tracking win/loss metrics
• Ability to meet multiple overlapping deadlines
