Sales and Equipment Specialist United Rentals

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will meet the needs of a diverse customer base while implementing the branch’s business plan. You’ll establish accounts, create rental quotes, and coordinate equipment logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your role will combine rental knowledge with a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish understanding of rental business and specialty products

• Acquire new rental accounts via telemarketing efforts

• Process contracts, reservations, and invoices

• Educate customers on safe equipment operation

• Monitor daily equipment pickups and returns

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)

• Strong sales experience and customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
