B2B Sales Senior Representative ADP

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close

• Identify competitive threats and position ADP's unique value
• Foster internal partnerships to close complex deals
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in a B2B hunter sales role
• Proven track record of reaching quotas
• Expertise in effective communication and persuasive selling
• Knowledge of HCM, SaaS, and industry competitors
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for the field role
