Join Shell Canada as a Territory Manager in British Columbia, where you will lead sales and dealer interactions. Focus on operational targets and maximizing performance.
This role is designed for an experienced Territory Manager who can effectively drive dealer management goals. You will deliver on P&L performance and work diligently to achieve volume growth while enhancing profit margins. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive P&L performance aligned with business strategies
• Achieve substantial volume growth and enhance profit margins
• Seek out and pursue new business growth opportunities
• Conduct site visits for performance assessment
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years in Territory Manager or sales experience
• Class 5 driver’s license required for travel
• Proven ability in sales volume and account management
Lead successful dealer relationships with Shell Canada while achieving impressive sales results in British Columbia.
