Pacific Blue Cross is seeking three permanent Account Managers to enhance our Group Business team.
Your role will include managing client renewals, negotiating business terms, and collaborating with the Account Executive. This position demands expertise in group insurance and will have a significant impact on client satisfaction and financial viability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewal terms for client book
• Negotiate complex business issues effectively
• Support the Account Executive in new business prospecting
• Coordinate proposals and facilitate finalist presentations
• Promote new products to clients and plan advisors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3 years in group insurance industry
• Life and Accident & Sickness License in BC
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation preferred
Enhance client relations and manage group insurance solutions with Pacific Blue Cross.
