In this fully accountable sales role, you will engage with C-suite executives and manage the entire sales cycle to ensure successful closures. Your focus on revenue generation and strategic planning will be instrumental in meeting growth targets and establishing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract signing
• Exceed assigned quotas and product-specific revenue targets

• Sell a portfolio of 40+ innovative HCM solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in consultative selling to C-suite
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with HCM, SaaS, and competitive landscapes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
