Reporting into Sales Leadership, the Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing portfolio of commercial clients throughout Western Canada.
This is a highly consultative sales role focused on understanding client needs, developing customized fleet and mobility solutions, and building long-term strategic relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with internal operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth and client retention.
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities across Western Canada
- Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Identify client needs and develop customized fleet and mobility solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing packages, and recommendations
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding fleet strategy, cost optimization, and emerging industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to support implementation and service delivery
Strategic & Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations teams on vehicle sourcing, contracts, delivery coordination, and service requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer information within the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
- Stay current on emerging technologies, fleet management innovations, electrification initiatives, and sustainability trends
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the sales organization

You are highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management.
