As our Inside Sales & Bid Coordinator, you'll take charge of the bidding lifecycle, utilizing tools like Construct Connect and assisting in project intelligence management. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register and optimize profiles on procurement portals
• Generate high-quality, competitive bids efficiently
• Execute workflow automation using AI tools
• Track and analyze submitted quotes for account growth
• Convert successful bids to formal Sales Orders via Net Suite
Requirements:
• Proven experience with bid coordination technologies
• 2+ years in inside sales or procurement management
• Strong ability to navigate enterprise software
• High comfort level with digital tools and databases
• Proven tracking and reporting skills for analytics
