This role focuses on providing top-notch customer service and ensuring efficient parts management at Open Road Honda. As a Parts Advisor, you'll familiarize yourself with parts ordering processes, maintain optimal inventory, and guide customers on part substitutions when needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to customers and guests

• Manage parts ordering and arrange timely deliveries

Requirements:
