• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Address customer satisfaction and service inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and focus on details
• High School Diploma or GED required
