Position: Growth Consultant for F45 Studio

Enhance membership growth at F45 by building relationships with warm leads. This role focuses on consultations, membership advice, and consistent follow-ups to drive results.

As a Growth Consultant at F45, you will engage with interested leads through calls, texts, and emails. Your efforts in booking consultations and providing tailored membership options will make an impact. You will also track your activities in the CRM and collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak with warm leads interested in F45

• Build genuine relationships through various communication channels

• Book consultations and suggest suitable memberships

• Follow up consistently to maintain lead engagement

• Track sales activity within our CRM system

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Comfortable with CRM software

• Reliable and coachable attitude

• Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
