Become a pivotal member of the sales team at Authentic Wine & Spirits Merchants as the Sales Coordinator for Western Canada. Support sales operations, coordinate events, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. You will assist the sales team by managing requests for marketing materials, coordinating tastings, and ensuring seamless event execution. Your input on competitor activities and market insights will drive effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales team requests for marketing assets
• Audit stock levels and manage timelines
• Provide feedback on field activities
• Oversee corporate tastings and ensure preparedness
• Coordinate operational processes for sales efficiency
Requirements:
• Experience in sales coordination or analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and carry over 41 pounds
