Position: Hybrid Admissions Specialist at CDI College

As an Admissions Specialist, you'll play a critical role at CDI College across multiple BC campuses. With over 50 years of educational excellence, your focus will be to connect prospective students with their future by understanding their goals and recommending suitable programs. You will consistently manage outreach, conduct discovery sessions, and attend events to represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with 80–150 prospective students daily

• Conduct one-on-one enrollment consultations

• Represent CDI College at career fairs and open houses

• Manage the student enrollment journey from hello to class start

• Exceed monthly enrollment KPIs through strong follow-ups

Requirements:

• 2+ years in high-volume sales environment

• Resilience and motivation to hit sales targets

• Excellent phone presence to build rapport

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, performance-focused

• Experience in private post-secondary admissions is a plus
